Support

I’m having difficulties playing online.

  1. Check Your Internet Connection:
Ensure that your iOS device is connected to the internet. You can verify this by opening a web browser or another online app to confirm your network connectivity.
  2. Log In to Game Center:
Make sure you are logged in to your Game Center account on your iOS device. You can do this by going to Settings > Game Center and logging in with your Apple ID.
  3. Different Game Center Accounts for Multiplayer:
If you want to play multiplayer games with a friend, ensure that each of you is using a distinct Game Center account. To switch accounts, go to Settings > Game Center and sign out if necessary.
  4. Enable Game Center Notifications:
To receive Game Center invites and notifications, ensure that Game Center notifications are enabled in your device’s settings. You can customize notification preferences in Settings > Notifications > Game Center.
  5. Check the App Store for app updates:
Check to see if a new version of the app has been released on the App Store. Outdated software can sometimes cause compatibility issues.
  6. Restart Your Device:
If you’re still experiencing issues, try restarting your iOS device. This can help resolve temporary glitches that may be affecting Game Center.
  7. Check Game Center Service Status:
Occasionally, Game Center may experience server issues. You can check the current status of Game Center servers by visiting the Apple System Status page online. If there’s a service outage, you may need to wait until it’s resolved.

I can’t find an app I previously purchased.

See Apple’s guide to redownload apps and games from the App Store.

I would like a refund.

How can I request deletion of my personal data?

I do not personally store any personal data in my apps, except for support communications if you contact me directly. However, the following third-party services are used:

  • Google AdMob (for advertising)
  • Google Firebase (for analytics and crash reporting)
  • Apple Game Center (for leaderboards and achievements, if you choose to sign in)
  • Apple Analytics (Apple may also collect certain usage and crash data independently of my apps)

Because these services are operated by Google and Apple, I do not have the ability to delete or modify the data they collect. If you wish to exercise your privacy rights (such as data access or deletion), please contact the relevant providers directly:

Important: Game Center scores and achievements are managed entirely by Apple. Developers cannot delete them on your behalf. To stop new data from being submitted in the future, you can disable Game Center for the app in iOS Settings > Game Center > [App Name].

I still need help.

Feel free to reach out to me on the contact me page.
